Job summary

Acceleration Academies is seeking a Math Content Coach to deliver competency-based instruction to Graduation Candidates at our Cincinnati, OH site. You will develop personalized learning plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with a team to support students toward graduation and post‑secondary success.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of high school teaching experience. Ohio math licensure pathways are supported; licensure transfers are considered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high school teaching experience.
• Strong communication, time management, instructional planning and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Ohio Adolescence to Young Adult (7-12) license in Integrated Mathematics preferred; multiple pathways supported.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver content-area instruction in person or small groups.
• Monitor progress toward course completion and mastery using assessments.
• Provide remediation and enrichment to address learning gaps.
• Collaborate with GC support team to develop personalized learning pathways.
• Participate in professional development and school events.
