Job summary

Acceleration Academies in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Math Content Coach (Math Teacher) to deliver competency-based content and guide Graduation Candidates toward graduation and post-secondary success. This onsite role requires collaboration with a team to provide academic, social-emotional, and career-oriented support.

Eligible candidates have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and a valid Ohio math license or equivalent pathway; 2+ years of high school teaching experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Ohio Adolescence to Young Adult (7-12) license in Integrated Mathematics preferred.
• 2+ years of teaching experience (high school preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support Enrollment of Graduation Candidates through recruitment and engagement.
• Advise GC students by maintaining communication with learners and their support team.
• Plan and deliver content-area instruction for GC students in individual or small-group settings.
• Monitor academic progress toward course completion and mastery using assessments.
• Collaborate with the GC support team to develop personalized learning pathways and incentive plans.
