Dayton Area School Consortium seeks an Academic Coordinator, Math 7-12 to lead math curriculum, instruction, and assessment across grades 7-12. You will collaborate with teachers, administrators, and stakeholders to drive high-quality math education aligned with district goals.

This is a 260-day Administrator contract with paid vacation, holidays, and personal days. The role reports to the Chief Academic Officer and participates in district-level curriculum initiatives and professional

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Education with current teaching license.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum five years teaching experience in the content area.
• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles in a school setting.
• Knowledge of district curriculum, standards and assessment systems.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and support implementation of district curriculum and instructional practices.
• Create and maintain instructional guides for content and grade levels.
• Develop formative common assessments for content and grades.
• Lead Curriculum Team meetings to identify professional development needs.
• Provide classroom coaching to teachers and document progress.
• Collaborate with principals to address teacher needs and improvement plans.
• Plan, develop and coordinate site-based staff development.
• Lead professional learning communities within content areas.
• Coordinate with third-party providers for professional development.
• Analyze district assessment data and share recommendations.
