Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Owns development and support of instructional staff.
• Guide teachers in using curriculum materials effectively.
• Differentiate instruction to meet student needs.
• Review weekly lesson plans and conduct observations.
• Provide feedback, PD, and coaching for teachers.
• Lead professional development closely aligned to curriculum and standards.
• Use data sources to drive instructional improvement and intervention.
