Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support the school’s instructional staff.
• Guide teachers in using materials and differentiating instruction.
• Review lesson plans weekly.
• Conduct frequent teacher observations and debriefs.
• Provide feedback, professional development and coaching.
• Lead data-driven instructional improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with parents to build confidence in the program.
• Coordinate special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
