Job summary

Nadia Care is hiring a full-time Maternity Navigator to support expectant and new mothers in the Indianapolis area. You will educate on maternal health topics, connect families to resources, and work with a care team to ensure coordinated support. This hourly role emphasizes compassionate communication and field-based program delivery.

Eligible candidates have 3+ years in community health or navigation, with CHW/MA/CNA certifications preferred, and a valid driver’s license for community outreach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community health, patient advocacy, or navigation roles.
• Experience providing prenatal and postpartum health education.
• Able to listen, communicate with compassion and cultural sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Meet mothers virtually and in-person, educating on urgent maternal signs and postpartum recovery.
• Educate on birth positions and breathing techniques to boost confidence.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team; attend daily huddles.
