Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Perinatal Safety Nurse in Meriden, CT for a part-time day shift at Midstate Medical Center. You will lead obstetric patient safety initiatives and champion maternal quality and safety programs within a collaborative leadership team.

Ideal candidates have a BSN with 5+ years of obstetric/labor and delivery experience and hold RN licensure in Connecticut, plus fetal monitoring, NRP, and BLS certifications.

• Oversee the development and implementation of obstetric patient safety initiatives.
• Champion the system-wide Maternal Quality and Safety Program.
• Develop and execute patient-centered safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to evaluate quality initiatives.
• Serve as the unit safety champion.
