• Monitors Clinical outcome by encouraging identification and reporting of adverse events and near misses.
• Facilitates interdisciplinary communication and education within the OB team and with other departments.
• Identifies the needs of the patient population served and adapts care accordingly.
• Adheres to HMH organizational competencies and standards of behavior.
