Job summary

Nadia Care is seeking a compassionate, full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to bridge clinical care and community-based support for new mothers and babies. You will work with Maternity Navigators to connect families with non-clinical resources and provide postpartum guidance.

The role reports to the Senior Manager of Care Delivery and involves telemedicine, care coordination, and training of navigators in prenatal and postpartum topics.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in IN or TN; compact state license preferred for eligibility in other compact states.
• 5+ years of prenatal and postpartum care experience in outpatient, OB/GYN, maternal-fetal medicine, or equivalent.
• Bilingual in Spanish (written and spoken) with ability to educate patients.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and culturally-informed care delivery.
• Comfortable documenting care and communicating with members virtually.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telemedicine visits during postpartum to identify clinical needs and educate on complex topics.
• Assess urgent maternal warning signs and hypertension; guide to appropriate care setting.
• Review EPDS and BP values; escalate unmanaged cases.
• Serve as liaison between Nadia Care and members' obstetricians/PCPs; document visit summaries.
