Job summary

Wellness Pointe seeks a Program Manager for the Thriving Texas Families program, reporting to the Social Services Director. You will oversee the program, guide staff, coordinate core services, and ensure contracts and reporting meet standards.

You will supervise ancillary staff, organize schedules, manage outreach and intake, and participate in community events and stakeholder engagement to support women with pregnancy and early child needs.

• The ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Ex. Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills.
• Superior organizational and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• The Thriving Texas Families Program Manager will report to the Social Services Director and oversee the program.
• Provide oversite and guidance with direct care staff to ensure outreach and core services are completed to program design standards.
• Manage ancillary staff, organize schedules, coordinate delivery of core services, and submit monthly reporting.
• Attend community stakeholder events and supervise training, supply ordering, and staff observation.
• Facilitate outreach, intake, referrals, client cases, individual and group sessions, and follow-up per policy.
• Conduct monthly CQI activities and participate in CPI committee reviews.
• Engage with community leaders and coalitions; ensure outreach materials are approved and culturally appropriate.
• Report to the Social Services Director to assess program and staff needs and coordinate support.
