Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training a plus.
• 0–3 years in field-based outdoor roles preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• ACI Level 1 Concrete Testing or ability to obtain within given time.
• Commitment to OSHA safety standards and PPE usage.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and field data collection tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical docs.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% and work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field and lab testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, aggregates to verify specs.
• Collect, label, transport samples to laboratories for testing.
• Prepare detailed test reports, logs, and presentations.
• Maintain testing equipment and ensure calibration and safety compliance.
• Communicate updates with dispatch, supervisors, and project managers.
• Adhere to project timelines and safety protocols (OSHA, PPE).
• Operate and maintain company vehicle; schedule routine maintenance.
• Support ongoing training and certifications as required.
