Job summary

Reyco Granning is seeking a Materials Supervisor to allocate staffing resources and supervise shipping, receiving, and cycle counting to support planned production levels. You will ensure inventory accuracy and drive Lean initiatives while maintaining safety and efficiency across the plant.

You will oversee both hourly and salaried staff, update work instructions, train personnel, and participate in problem-solving teams to resolve quality issues and improve delivery performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing with emphasis on material handling and Lean Manufacturing beneficial.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly and salaried staff to meet production levels.
• Manage shipping, receiving, and cycle counting to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain 5S and clean, organized warehouse and inventory areas.
• Implement and monitor Kanban and ERP-driven inventory control.
• Support ERP improvements and lean initiatives across departments.
