Brown Machine Group is seeking a Materials & Logistics Supervisor to lead stockroom, inventory control, and shipping operations. You will ensure accurate material flow from receipt to production and shipment, supervise a team, and drive continuous improvement in processes and safety.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, cycle counting, ERP/Epicor usage, and coordination with Purchasing and Production Planning to maintain material availability and on-time delivery.

Qualificações

• Minimum five years of progressive experience in materials management, inventory control, warehouse operations, or shipping/receiving.
• Hands-on experience with cycle counting, reconciliation, location control, and traceability.
• Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience coordinating domestic freight and preparing shipping documentation.
• Ability to operate or qualify to operate forklift and other material-handling equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily work across receiving, stockroom, inventory control, material distribution, and shipping with clear accountability for quality, productivity, safety, and accuracy.
• Lead timely picking, staging, and delivery of materials per production schedules and routings.
• Supervise receipt of purchased materials, subcontracted parts, and returns with accurate labeling and traceability.
• Direct daily shipping operations and coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Train and develop team members, promote safety, and drive continuous improvement.
