Generac Power Systems in Jefferson, WI is seeking a Materials Supervisor to manage end-to-end material flow and implement inventory improvements. You will lead a materials team, optimize warehousing, cycle counts, and support production lines with timely parts delivery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely material flow from receiving to shipment of parts.
• Develop standard processes to improve production efficiency.
• Lead materials staff through training and coaching.
• Manage daily warehousing operations and cycle counts.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and guidelines.
• Ensure accurate materials presentation for production needs.
• Collaborate with Quality, Purchasing and Production on issues.
• Maintain clear communication between planning, purchasing and production.
• Lead Warehouse Management best practices (RFID, barcodes).
• Maintain staffing levels to balance workload.
• Act as SAP SuperUser in the materials area.
