Job summary

Generac Power Systems, Inc. seeks a Materials Supervisor to oversee all internal material flow from receiving to line-side presentation for production, including pick/pack/ship and inventory control.

You will drive continuous improvement in material handling, accuracy, and reporting. The role requires leadership experience, ERP system proficiency (SAP or equivalent), and a track record of developing teams and improving warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of materials leadership experience.
• 2 years of team leadership or organizing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely material flow within the facility and delivery from receiving to shipment for internal customers.
• Develop and implement standard processes to enable production efficiency improvements.
• Lead, supervise, and develop materials staff through education, training, coaching and certification.
• Manage and optimize daily warehousing operations including staging, cycle count, and storage of materials.
