Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Windsor Locks, CT is seeking a Materials Supervisor for the second shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM). You will lead a team of hourly and salaried staff, drive process improvements, and ensure accurate inventory to support production operations.

Responsibilities include supervising material flow, conducting cycle counts, and addressing root causes of discrepancies while promoting a safe, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree in a related field and 3+ years with advanced degree option.
• Experience in materials, logistics, or related manufacturing.
• Production planning and shop-floor execution experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly (union) and salaried associates, ensuring team performance.
• Resolve employee grievances per labor contract.
• Ensure timely receipt of materials and delivery to assembly; manage packaging/shipping.
