Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Windsor Locks, CT is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to own the inventory plan (Raw, WIP, Finished Goods) and ensure on-time delivery to production lines and customers.

You will coordinate with manufacturing to adjust priorities, drive continuous improvement in material planning and WIP control, and mentor Production Planners while tracking schedule adherence and OTIF metrics.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience.
• SAP Experience
• Leadership experience
• Capacity Planning experience
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Development and ownership of the inventory plan (Raw, WIP, Finished Goods) aligned with AOP/SFP objectives.
• Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) of materials to production lines and customers by managing planning, staging, and fulfillment processes.
• Coordinate with manufacturing to manage changes in production priorities or order modifications.
• Champion continuous improvement for material planning, receiving, storage, staging, and WIP control.
• Monitor and report key metrics for Schedule adherence and On Time to Release Production Orders.
