Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a Material Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams in Fort Collins, focusing on prototype material availability, long-term sourcing, and ramp readiness. You will optimize engineering inventory, manage material liabilities, and represent engineering in operations and supply chain interactions.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, Lean/Six-Sigma certification, and at least five years of supply chain experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering or equivalent.
• Lean/Six-Sigma certification.
• Minimum five years of relevant supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with supplier management and cost modeling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Model material costs and optimize with suppliers, commodity teams, and design groups.
• Develop sourcing plans for prototype, NPI, ramp, and long-term production.
• Identify and mitigate long-term supply chain risks with new designs.
• Execute supply chain deliverables to release a product to production.
