Job summary

Keysight is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager for the NPI team in Colorado Springs. You will own supply chain readiness from prototype through launch, partnering with R&D, contract manufacturers, and cross-functional teams to source materials, manage orders, and control costs.

The role requires independence, strong organizational skills, and the ability to drive resolution of supply chain issues as product development progresses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Typically 4–5 years of supply chain, planning, NPI, or PM experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across teams.
• Attention to detail and proactive communication of risks or delays.

Responsibilities

• Partner with R&D, NPI team, and contract manufacturers to translate milestones into supply chain plans.
• Coordinate materials for prototype and ramp-up builds; track orders and deliveries.
• Manage quotes, pricing discussions, expenses, and payments with the broader team.
• Serve as primary supply chain contact for projects; inform on BOMs and order status.
• Prepare supply chain readiness for production launches and mass production.
