Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an experienced Production Control & Materials Supervisor to oversee daily production scheduling, material coordination, and inventory control at a new manufacturing facility in Georgia. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in supply chain, operations, business, or related field.
• 3-5 years in production control, material planning, inventory management, or manufacturing operations.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, MRP, inventory control, and manufacturing workflows.
• Hands-on ERP/MRP systems experience; SAP and MES exposure preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, production reporting, and inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain daily and weekly production schedules based on demand and capacity.
• Monitor output, adjust schedules, and communicate changes to teams.
• Collaborate with production leadership to resolve conflicts and improve efficiency.
• Track performance and provide regular updates to management.
• Manage raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventory with accuracy.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production to address shortages and discrepancies.
• Oversee inventory transactions, movements, and cycle counts.
• Maintain ERP/MRP data, production orders, and inventory records.
• Identify opportunities to improve material flow and reduce waste.
• Lead and train production control and materials personnel; promote safe practices.
