Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; equivalent manufacturing experience may be considered.
• 3-5 years of experience in production control, material planning, inventory management, or manufacturing operations.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on ERP/MRP experience; SAP and MES experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, production reporting, and inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain daily and weekly production schedules based on demand, material availability, and capacity.
• Monitor production output and communicate adjustments to production teams.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve scheduling conflicts and minimize downtime.
• Track production performance and provide regular updates to management.
• Manage inventory accuracy and coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams.
