Job summary

Assurant is seeking a on-site supervisor on the Irving, TX DCC to lead the team Friday to Sunday 6 am to 6:30 pm. You will partner with the Supervisor to allocate resources, train staff, and ensure production and quality controls are met according to work instructions.

The role requires 1+ years of lead experience in manufacturing or warehouse, strong communication, and forklift certification if needed. You will collaborate across departments and participate in 6S audits and daily stand-ups.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification if needed for area of responsibility.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and lead the team on the shop floor.
• Partner with Supervisor to allocate resources and meet customer goals.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper workflow.
• Serve as point of contact for escalations and training needs.
• Support 6S audits and implement changes on the production floor.
• Monitor attendance and KPI/SLA performance.
