Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of materials management experience in a manufacturing environment, including inventory management.
• 2+ years scheduling and coordinating distribution to meet customer demand in Tier 1/2.
• Experience analyzing inventory metrics and forecasting material requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead material handling team: train, assign, schedule, coach and discipline.
• Achieve materials management objectives: production, quality, and customer service standards.
• Forecast requirements, budget, and control expenditures.
• Oversee production planning and scheduling systems; optimize resources.
• Maintain optimum inventory and cost levels per PFEP recommendations.
• Enforce warehousing and shipping procedures; manage delays.
