You will oversee planning, scheduling, data integrity, trade compliance and material handling for the facility, developing SCM policies and meeting key objectives like delivery, inventory accuracy and cost control.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or related field required
• 5+ years in materials management in manufacturing
• 2+ years scheduling and distribution coordination
• Experience analyzing inventory metrics and forecasting
• Strong ERP/PLEX and inventory software knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong planning and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of Kaizen/lean/manufacturing pull systems

Responsabilidades

• Lead material handling team including training, scheduling, and performance management
• Achieve materials management objectives by implementing plans and standards
• Forecast requirements and manage annual budget; monitor variances and take corrective actions
• Oversee production planning and scheduling systems; optimize labor, equipment, and inventory
• Maintain optimal inventory and cost levels per PFEP recommendations
• Ensure safe, compliant warehouse operations and project data integrity
• Provide management with data-driven insights and trend analyses
• Coordinate API, customs, data integrity, and cycle counting
• Foster relationships with trading partners
• Perform all other duties as assigned
