Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of manufacturing and operations experience.

• Strong knowledge of production systems, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and operational excellence principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all operations within the assigned value stream to ensure safe, efficient, and productive manufacturing.
• Develop and execute monthly and annual production plans.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity and waste reduction.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE policies.
