Dauch Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the Manufacturing Engineering staff at our St Mary's, PA facility. You will guide process development, equipment selection, capacity planning, and implementation of manufacturing improvements to meet safety and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar discipline.
• 5+ years manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years progressive leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the Manufacturing Engineering staff including coordinators of all ME related functional groups.
• Develop manufacturing processes and resultant investment for new product programs with MPPS, spend curve, equipment utilization, capacity, and timing documents.
• Develop and communicates process flows for process sourcing and oversee equipment sourcing for automotive components and assemblies.
• Manage standard tasks for process launches and enforce discipline to timelines.
• Ensure all quality standards are met related to process development and risk mitigation.
• Research process performance data to identify and implement improvements to yield, runtime, quality, safety, and cost.
