Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction to the Manufacturing Engineering staff including coordinators of all ME related functional groups.
• Develops manufacturing processes and resultant investment for new product programs and process launches.
• Oversees equipment sourcing and ensures quality standards and risk mitigation in process development.
• Researches process performance data to identify improvements for yield, runtime, quality and safety, and cost reduction.
