Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Materials Program Manager to support an autonomous vehicle company’s Supply Chain team in the SF Bay Area. You will focus on CTB/MRP tasks, manual demand and production planning, and BOM/inventory accuracy.

The role requires strong Excel skills and experience as a materials planner. Expect to manage supplier quotes, submit POs, and oversee delivery schedules to prevent material shortages or obsolescence.

Qualifications

• Strong CTB/MRP understanding (shortage/build status reports)
• Experience with Manual Demand Planning, Manual Production Planning and Manual MRP
• Advanced spreadsheet skills; ability to build dashboards and reports (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.)
• Solid experience as Materials PM, Buyer/Planner, or Materials Planner
• Knowledge to read BOMs and maintain inventory accuracy
• Knowledge of MRP system functionality

Responsibilities

• Analyze build plans against inventory/supply data to determine material demand
• Retrieve supplier quotes and submit purchase orders
• Manage delivery schedules to ensure materials arrive before required dates
• Track and mitigate excess and obsolescence
