Job summary

Avancez Assembly in Arlington, TX is seeking a Materials Supervisor to optimize production material flow and procurement. You will monitor raw material levels, drive inventory accuracy in the QAD system, and support launches with floor and office process readiness.

Responsibilities include supervising shipping/receiving, maintaining inventory controls, and coordinating with suppliers to resolve discrepancies, aiming for on-time delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of advanced schooling and/or work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Business, Materials Management or Supply Chain Mgt/Logistics.
• Experience with ERP and Kanban systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support shipping/receiving team.
• Develop and maintain material and inventory control systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in QAD system.
• Coordinate material returns and tooling shipments.
• Ensure material handling and storage efficiencies.
