Job summary

Avancez Assembly is seeking a Materials Coordinator to coordinate and expedite material flow, review production schedules, and work with leadership to identify material requirements. You will monitor inventory, support receiving and production, and help drive continuous improvement in materials processes.

The role requires 3+ years in Materials Management or Supply Chain and strong MS Excel and ERP system skills. Travel is not required, and benefits are provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Materials Management, Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Experience coordinating material flow and inventory counts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite material flow between departments.
• Monitor inventory levels using ERP and Min/Max alerts.
• Communicate material issues with customers and internal teams.
• Support receiving and production to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify root causes of variances and implement corrective actions.
• Suggest improvements to layouts, systems and processes.
