Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree or 5-6 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills to maintain procurement records and purchase orders.
• Ability to communicate with suppliers, field personnel and project teams to support procurement activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems with data entry, reporting and record-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs material coordination at the jobsite to report material and equipment statuses for installation.
• Monitors inventory control mechanisms (min-max, bag-and-tag) and uses Supply Chain Automation tools.
• Ensures material availability ahead of installation and coordinates with warehouse for direct-to-installation deliveries.
• Maintains collaboration with Project Controls, Engineers, Supply Chain, and Construction to align materials with schedules.
