Job summary

Qualifications

• University Hire with 1–2 years of experience or 5–6 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming materials.
• Knowledge of warehouse, receiving, and material control procedures.
• Proficient with computers and standard business software to track shipments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material availability and report statuses for installation.
• Monitor inventory controls (min-max, bag-and-tag) and use Supply Chain Automation tools.
• Prioritize material allocations to ensure availability ahead of installation.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to issue materials directly to installation area.
• Attend planning meetings to stay aligned with design revisions and priorities.
