Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with scheduling deliveries and managing logistics for site deliveries.
• Familiarity with Bechtel DSCS and procurement automation tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides work process and systems expertise for materials management planning throughout the project life cycle.
• Collaborates with Engineering and Construction to apply the Project Advanced Work Packaging program.
• Develops material identification (Tagging) and data sets for use across multiple software tools.
• Manages material lead times and informs project schedule and potential issues.
• Supports purchasing and helps prioritize supplier activity to meet construction requirements.
• Coordinates laydown and warehouse space with Field Supply Chain.
