Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in engineering, construction management, business, or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience or 19+ years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience and demonstrated team leadership.
• Experience delivering large-scale EPC projects or similar process plants.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of planners and coordinate with project team for schedule data and negotiations.
• Oversee schedule development, maintenance, forecasting, and monitoring.
• Interface with senior internal and customer stakeholders regularly.
• Develop WBS, activity durations, logic ties, and job expenditures.
• Communicate schedule progress, opportunities, and challenges to management.
• Monitor subcontractor schedules and identify potential improvements.
