Job summary

You will collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Materials Management, Construction, and client teams, providing forecasting, progress measurement, and reporting to ensure timely procurement execution and material availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) is required.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling is essential.
• Knowledge of procurement, materials management, expediting, logistics, and supplier delivery processes.
• Familiarity with DSCS and MAP procurement systems.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain procurement, materials management, and delivery schedules using Primavera P6.
• Integrate engineering, procurement, fabrication, expediting, logistics, and site delivery activities into project schedules.
• Develop procurement execution plans and delivery sequences for equipment and material commodities.
• Establish and maintain schedule logic across engineering, procurement, fabrication, delivery, and construction dates.
• Support Level 3/4 procurement and materials management schedules and reporting.
• Monitor performance against milestones; identify risks and recovery opportunities.
• Perform schedule analysis, critical path, float, and what-if forecasting.
