Job description

Salary: USD21 - USD25 per hour

As a Material Planner, you will be responsible for:

1. Component orders, forecast setting, and release
2. Daily assurance of order coverage and shortage issue management
3. Components stock management
4. Managing relations with suppliers to ensure that company needs align with suppliers’ capacities
5. Collecting data to support allocation management in case of shortages, according to market priorities
6. Supporting suppliers to improve their delivery performance
7. Monitoring phase-in and phase-out (obsolete) products
8. Supporting the Material Planning Manager in supplier performance follow-up
9. Cross-collaboration with different departments and factories

Education & Experience:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Science, Economics, or related fields
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a logistics department
3. Proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
4. Proficient level of English
5. Analytical mindset and outgoing personality
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relations with suppliers and internal teams
