Peckham Industries, Inc. seeks an experienced Operations Director to oversee multiple quarry and asphalt plants within the region. You will lead regional managers and plant managers, coordinate maintenance, and drive production, safety, and environmental stewardship across locations.

The role includes regional budgeting, cost control, and KPI achievement for output and standards. You will guide strategic planning, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to meet regional goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent leadership experience in operations.

• Proven management of multiple quarries, aggregate, asphalt production and related ops.
• Ability to develop and execute strategies for operational excellence, cost efficiency, and capacity optimization.
• Experience operating and leading aggregate/quarry operations, hot-mix asphalt, materials management, and logistics.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building to collaborate with customers, regulators, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering performance improvements and Capex projects.
• Familiarity with industry regulations, environmental requirements, MSHA standards, permitting, and compliance programs.
• Proficiency with business management, financial reporting, analytics, and production management systems.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
