Assist with day-to-day quarry operations, observe preventive maintenance, conduct quality sampling, support maintenance and plant startup/shutdown under supervision, interact with customers, and gain exposure to sales, office tasks, and leadership development activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent Attendance and Punctuality.
• Strict adherence to OSH A safety rules and regulation required.
• Current enrollment at an accredited college or university with a 3.0+ GPA.

• Assistmaintenanceteamswithbasicmechanicaltasks,includingweldingandcuttingprocedures,equipmentrepairs,andschedulingmaintenanceactivitiestoimproveplantavailability.
• Gainexposuretosalesandcustomerservicefunctionsbylearningproductapplications,supportingthesalesprocess,andinteractingwithplantcustomersasappropriate.
• Supportadministrativeandofficefunctions,includingscalesystemoperation,paperworkflow,reporting,purchaseorders,workorders,andrequisitions.
• Assistdistrictanddivisionalofficeteamswithbusinessoperationssuchascapitalplanning,accountingcodes,procurement,environmentalcompliance,andtechnicalservices.
• Participateinleadershipdevelopmentactivities,includingprojectmanagement,teamcollaboration,meetingparticipation,andpresentationstoplantordivisionalleadership.
• Followallsafety,environmental,andcompanypolicieswhileworkinginquarry,plant,andofficeenvironments.
