The program blends on-the-job experience, formal training, mentorship, and leadership development, preparing graduates for roles such as Assistant Plant Manager

TheMaterialsGraduateLeadershipDevelopmentProgram(GLDP)isastructured,18-24monthsrotationalprogramdesignedtodevelopfutureleaderswithinPeckhamIndustries’materialsbusinesses.Participantsrotatethroughcorefunctionalareasincludingquarryoperations,plantadministration,environmentalcompliance,qualitycontrol,safety,HMAoperations,andsales.

Theprogramcombineshands-onfieldexperience,formaltraining,mentorship,andleadershipdevelopment.Uponsuccessfulcompletion,graduatesareexpectedtobepreparedtoassumealeadershiprolesuchasAssistantPlantManageratoneofPeckham’smaterialsoperations.

Requirements,EducationandExperience:

1. Bachelor’sdegreerequiredinMining,Civil,Industrial,orMechanicalEngineering;ConstructionManagement;BusinessAdministration;oracloselyrelatedfield.Associate’sdegreemaybeconsideredwithstrongacademicperformanceandrelevantmaterials,quarry,plant,heavycivil,internship,co-op,orfieldexperience.
