Dexter is seeking a Materials Manager to lead the full materials lifecycle in a fast-moving, seasonal manufacturing environment, aligning procurement, production planning, scheduling, and shipping to ensure we deliver for customers.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll drive front-end procurement, develop the Shipping/Warehouse team, and optimize cost, quality, inventory, and equipment utilization while building strong internal and external relationships.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or comparable technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years of related experience.
• 3–5 years of materials management and product scheduling experience in heavy manufacturing.
• Strong ERP system knowledge and reporting capability.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis tools).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• As Materials Manager, take ownership of the full materials lifecycle while leading a critical team.
• Drive front-end procurement and coordinate production planning and plant scheduling.
• Lead and develop the Shipping/Warehouse team.
• Partner with Operations and the Production Superintendent to deliver on-time results.
• Optimize cost, quality, inventory levels, and equipment utilization.
• Manage a broad global supply chain that ramps up at season start and scales down at end.
