Dexter is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to lead quality excellence in manufacturing operations. You will drive the Quality Management System (QMS) strategy, execution, and continuous improvement across engineering, production, and supply chain.

This role requires strategic oversight and hands-on leadership to set quality standards and guide teams toward measurable improvements, audits, and supplier quality management.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), or ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and/or IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems.
• Proven experience leading quality audits and corrective action processes.
• Strong statistical analysis and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional problem‑solving initiatives.

• Planning, directing, and improving quality control and assurance initiatives.
• Leading internal quality audits to maintain ISO standards.
• Inspecting, reviewing, and testing to ensure product quality.
• Reviewing supplier quality and component acceptance.
