Flex is seeking a Materials Manager based in Dallas, TX, reporting to the General Manager. You will direct material planning, inventory control, and purchasing, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and customer expectations.

Required experience includes a minimum of 8 years in material and manufacturing roles, with supervision and hands-on Kinaxis knowledge. This role offers relocation support and comprehensive benefits, and sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years of material and manufacturing experience, including supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site material planning and distribution.
• Direct inventory control and material research.
• Review and approve purchase orders and change notices.
• Ensure on-time delivery of materials at economical cost while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with customers, purchasing, project managers, operations managers and warehouse managers.
