Job summary

Dexter Group, headquartered in Indiana, seeks a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize all supply chain functions across a multi-campus manufacturing operation. You will shape demand planning, production scheduling, inventory control, and logistics, driving improvements in service, cost, and profitability.

You will guide cross-functional teams, implement ERP/MRP projects, and champion Lean initiatives to achieve world-class performance in safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of progressive supply chain leadership in manufacturing.
• 5+ years managing multiple functional areas including planning, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing support.
• Experience leading supply chain across multi-site manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record in ERP/MRP implementation and inventory optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business goals across campuses.
• Lead demand planning, forecasting, S&OP, and cross-functional planning.
• Oversee inventory, warehousing, transportation, and customer fulfillment processes.
• Drive lean initiatives, KPI improvement, and cost reduction across the supply chain.
