Job summary

Miltenyi Biotec is seeking an on-site Warehouse Associate in Gaithersburg, MD to perform routine warehouse tasks in a cGMP environment. You will handle receiving, labeling, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials, using SAP and ERP systems, while adhering to GDP and safety protocols.

The role requires 2+ years in a regulated environment, high attention to detail, and willingness to work in temperature-controlled settings with potential weekend or night hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years in a regulated cGMP material management environment.
• Experience operating SAP; proficiency with ERP systems and biomanufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of GDP and cGMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs) and begin to train others in their use.
• Perform SAP ERP transactions and provide first-level troubleshooting with external support teams.
• Receive, inspect, and data-enter incoming materials per GDP and verify documentation.
• Label, stage, and store materials including cold storage following cGMP and safety protocols.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders including hazardous materials per approved procedures.
• Support inventory cycle counts and material movements to maintain accuracy.
• Document movements per GDP and follow SOPs and cGMP; suggest minor process improvements.
• Assist with deviation investigations and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
