Miltenyi Biotec is seeking an on-site Warehouse Associate in Gaithersburg, MD. The role performs routine material handling tasks, operates PITs, and uses SAP and RF systems to manage shipments and inventory in a cGMP environment.

Responsibilities include receiving, labeling, staging, storing, and shipping materials (including hazardous and biological items) while maintaining GDP compliance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualificações

• 2+ years experience in a regulated cGMP material management environment.
• Proficiency with SAP and other ERP systems.
• Experience in biomanufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate PITs and begin basic training for others in pallet jack and similar equipment.
• Perform transactions in SAP and RF systems, providing first-level troubleshooting with external support.
• Receive and inspect materials; verify documentation and enter data in ERP per GDP.
• Label, stage, and store materials (including cold storage) per cGMP and safety rules.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders including hazardous materials per procedures.
• Support inventory counts and maintain accurate material tracking.
• Deliver materials to production and quality teams, documenting movements per GDP.
• Follow SOPs, cGMP, GDP and suggest minor process improvements.
• Assist with deviation investigations and use shipping software to prepare outbound shipments.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; comply with safety regulations and PPE use.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and general warehouse duties.
