Job summary

Miltenyi Biotec is seeking a warehouse associate in Gaithersburg, MD to handle routine receiving, staging, picking, packing, and shipping of materials in a cGMP environment. The role requires basic training of others on PIT equipment, ERP transactions, and accurate documentation.

The position emphasizes adherence to GDP, safety protocols, and continuous improvement. You will work on-site in a controlled warehouse setting with occasional overtime based on operational needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2+ years in regulated cGMP environments.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems in a regulated setting.
• Knowledge of GDP and biomanufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate PITs and assist with training colleagues on equipment.
• Perform transactions in ERP/SAP and assist with data entry per GDP.
• Receive, inspect, and stash incoming materials; document properly in ERP.
• Label, stage, and store materials including cold storage per cGMP.
