Job summary

Thomson Reuters in Eagan, MN is hiring a Materials Management Associate 1st shift (6:30 am–2:30 pm) to support our printing plant operations. The role includes forklift operation, goods receipts, cycle counting, and ERP/RF data entry to track material movement.

A sign-on bonus of $2,500 is offered after 90 days in role. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years in shipping/warehouse environments, with SAP experience preferred and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2+ years’ experience.
• Some experience in shipping, receiving and/or warehouse environment.
• Preference for experience with SAP.
• Preference for lift truck experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive a powered industrial vehicle (PIV) to lift, move, and stack materials.
• Unload trucks, perform goods receipts, cycle counting, and order delivery.
• Use ERP (SAP/MII) and RF equipment to enter transactions and fetch information.
• Pick, sort, or pack items ensuring quality for customer delivery.
• Monitor and transport materials to designated storage areas.
• Inventory materials and maintain records; reject unsatisfactory items.
• Process returns and document information in ERP.
• Provide data to internal departments as requested.
• Document activities on Tier Boards; operate 2-way radios if needed.
• Perform daily maintenance and battery changes; support safety programs.
• Meet productivity and quality standards; sustain housekeeping.
• Suggest and implement process improvements; participate in project teams.
