Job summary

Thomson Reuters in Eagan, Minnesota, is seeking a Materials Management Associate for 1st shift (6:30 am–2:30 pm) at our printing plant. Eligible for a $2,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days in role. You will operate powered equipment, manage material movement, and perform goods receipts using SAP/MII and RF devices.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 1–2+ years in warehouse/shipping, and lift truck experience preferred. Overnight and weekend overtime may occur.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2+ years’ experience in a shipping, receiving and/or warehouse environment.
• Preference for lift truck experience and ERP experience (SAP/MII).

Responsibilities

• Operate a powered industrial vehicle to move products, equipment, or materials.
• Unload & load trucks, perform goods receipts, and cycle counts.
• Use ERP (SAP/MII) and RF equipment to enter transactions.
• Inspect and maintain balers and trim collection systems as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in safety and housekeeping.
