Job summary

Thomson Reuters in Eagan, MN is hiring a Materials Management Associate for the 1st shift. You will operate a powered industrial vehicle, manage balers and paper trim, and handle goods receipts and cycle counts to maintain material flow.

Responsibilities include ERP data entry (SAP/MII), packing, inventory, returns processing, and safety compliance. Overtime and weekend shifts may occur.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2+ years of experience in a shipping, receiving or warehouse role.
• Preferred lift truck experience and certification.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP or similar, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a powered industrial vehicle to move products and materials safely.
• Monitor balers and trim collection; inspect for jams as needed.
• Grade paper for recycling; organize by type and bale weight.
• Unload/load trucks; perform goods receipts and cycle counts.
• Enter material movements in ERP (SAP/MII) and/or RF devices.
• Pick, pack, and prepare items for delivery ensuring quality.
• Inventory materials and finished goods; store in designated areas.
• Process returns and log in ERP; decide stock return eligibility.
• Record activities on Tier Boards; communicate via 2‑way radios.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and battery charging.
• Support safety programs and meet productivity standards.
• Suggest and participate in process improvements and projects.
