Job summary
Thomson Reuters Foundation in Eagan, MN seeks a Materials Management Associate on 1st shift. You will operate PIV equipment, manage inventory, perform goods receipts, cycle counting, and use SAP/MII ERP systems to move materials and document transactions.
Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and 1–2+ years in shipping/warehouse roles, preferably with lift truck experience. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered after 90 days, with shift differentials and a comprehensive benefits
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1–2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving or warehouse roles.
- Lift truck experience preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Operate a powered industrial vehicle (PIV) to move products and materials.
- Monitor balers and trim collection; assist in loading/unloading trucks.
- Perform goods receipts, cycle counting and order delivery.
- Use SAP/MII ERP systems to enter transactions and track material movement.
- Inventory materials and finished goods; maintain accurate records.
